The Truth

In the months and years following the accident, the truth comes out. Too late, America is already a failed nation, nothing will protect you now except yourself.

All this is here because I obeyed the law. If I had not obeyed the law, none of this would be here.

The first year following the accident was strictly a struggle to survive. To come back from not being able to move, no vehicle and fifty dollars to my name was difficult. No internet and strictly metered phone usage on a $15 phone. I sold just about everything I owned to buy food and gas. A bleak and isolated existence.

Not being unfamiliar to living outdoors in remote locations, I was able to adapt to my new situation. Because I am on Social Security, I had a small income and selling most of my personal possessions had given me enough money to repair my laptop computer so I could continue to make photographs and videos, which was a big positive step out of the darkness. I was also able to afford a phone plan with limited data so I had internet access when there was phone coverage, which was not that often. With the limited internet access and public WiFi, I started to get some answers on how I got to this place by simply stopping for a stop sign.

Corrupt Government Officials

Following the accident and troubles with the insurance companies, I contacted several elected government officials. Washington State Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler ruled that neither the truck driver who hit me, the company he worked for or any of the insurance companies involved had any responsibility for the accident.

To do this, Mr. Kreidler used falsified telephone "transcripts" of my calls to Progressive Insurance. You know, the recordings for "training purposes", being used as evidence. I was not allowed to record my conversations with Progressive Insurance, nor was I allowed a copy of the original recordings. I recieved a copy" of the "transcripts". It was clearly edited, out of sequence, several conversations mixed into one. All my requests to check my policy and requests for medical attention were edited out.

Despite not causing the accident and having insurance that should have paid all the accident related expenses, Mike Kreidler ruled the accident victim assuming responsibility for another person's recklessness "a fair outcome for all parties".

Having a fair amount of experience with vehicle accidents and the related insurance process, I knew this was complete and total bullshit. In America, when you hit somebody from behind, 99% of the time, you are at fault for the accident. If you hit somebody from behind that is stopped for a construction zone flagman without touching the brakes it's 100% your fault, slam dunk, no questions asked. This insurance commissioner is supposed to protect Washington consumers from mistreatment from insurance companies. Why would he side with the truck driver's insurance companies and put an innocent person on the street? Why were all the people whose job it is to protect public safety bending over backwards to protect this dirtbag truck driver?

Several messages to career politician and Washington State governor Jay Inslee either went unanswered or "can't help you". Again, why was this governor who claims to work for "the Washington that works for everyone" and no doubt leads the Veterans Day parade every year, so quick to support this truck driver and add another completely innocent veteran to the list of Washington homeless people?

For those who are not American, or are an American who gets their information about the insurance "business" from television commercials, here is a short history of American insurance.

I attempted to contact my Congressional representative. Unfortunately, I lived in a "gerrymandered" area of Washington. Gerrymandering is the American political process that manipulates the state's voting districts. To a degree, all American elections have been "rigged" long before any votes are cast. This is one of the reason I do not vote. I was either in the Washington State third or fourth Congressional district. Both Jaime Herrera Beutler(3rd district) and Dan Newhouse(4th district), long term Republicans, denied being my representative to Congress. Both of these politicians claim to be committed to Veterans Affairs. Unless, like in my case, they act on behalf of they really work for; the organized crime syndicate that stuffs their pockets with money and allows them to remain in office. Since both these politicians were from the Republican political party and I am not, in America, you have little chance of government representation if you do not belong to the same political party as the local legislator. As for me, I have no politics or political party, just another homeless veteran with no representation to the government I was supposed to sacrifice my life for.

Most of the cartel drugs, primarily methamphetamine in various flavors, that travel on US 97 across the Columbia River through The Dalles, Oregon, are headed for the rural communities of eastern Washington, which is the 4th Congressional district. These are communities that have been ravaged by meth. The current 4th district congressman, Dan Newhouse, and the former 4th district congressman, current Washington governor, Jay Inslee, both denied my requests for help and justice. In reality, they don't represent me or any other law abiding citizen. They work for organized crime. Career criminal or career politician, one and the same. In Washington, the road to the top is paved with crystal meth.

Once she had my personal information, I began receiving unsolicited messages from US Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler about her commitment to American veterans on Facebook. I responded to her post, told her my situation and asked her to help a homeless veteran whose only mistake was to obey the law. Her office responded with a litany of excuses why she couldn't help and offered to send me excellent homeless resources.
A few days later, I received an email from Herrera Beutler asking me to participate in her Veterans video, which was nothing more than a bullshit campaign ad. She wasn't even my representative, just trolling for veterans on Facebook. When I told them how Herrera Beutler had "helped" me, I was out of the video.

In late 2019, I was a newly homeless veteran who had lost everything because I stopped for a stop sign. Because I receive Social Security payments and sold all my possessions to buy a $12,000 truck to live in, my net worth was more than five term Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler, which she claimed was $8,000.

I started looking for what possible reason there could be for me to wind up the this. I contacted the State of Oregon, where the accident occurred, to try and get information about the accident. I spoke with several State of Oregon employees in various departments, without any information or answers, until I spoke with a person identifying himself as an Oregon State police officer. He told me that if I called again, I would be arrested for "harassing public employees".

Following the accident, I used nearly all my limited cell phone minutes calling attorneys. I called every accident, personal injury and civil rights lawyer in Washington and Oregon. None of them would take the case because these lawyers, known as "ambulance chasers", because I had no medical bills. The lawyers take a big percentage of the injury settlement, I had no medical bills. The insurance companies know this, refuse to pay medical expenses so injured accident victims will not seek medical care because they, like me, are afraid of being stuck with an inflated medical bill.

Death Threat from Police

After the threat of arrest from the Oregon State Police, I tried again to hire an attorney. This time, I told them I had hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical expenses. I quickly found attorneys willing to take the case. When I emailed them the accident report from October 11, 2018, they declined to take the case, saying the accident report I emailed them, the original accident report, did not match the "official" accident report, which stated that I had caused the accident by stopping on the highway for no reason causing the truck to crash into me. Already having seen several forged documents regarding the accident, I wasn't surprised, but I was shocked and scared because now I was dealing with big time corruption and no doubt, some very dangerous people.

Several months had passed since the Oregon State Police threat and after hearing that the original accident report appears to have been altered, I tried calling the State of Oregon to get a copy of the accident report. Clearly remembering the arrest threat, I was as civil and polite as possible. When I identified myself to get the report, I was transferred to a person, who again identified himself as an Oregon State trooper, told me "if I wasn't careful, I might wind up the next veteran suicide". I will never forget this. How did they know I was a veteran and I had called before? Now I was truly frightened and angry about being threatened by a coward for being a law abiding citizen.

The Oregon police have set me up for murder. Falsely claiming I harassed state employees, they will claim I was some kind of threat, another mentally ill homeless veteran. When they show up to kill me, should I defend myself, the police will say they were "ambushed". The corrupt police have control over all the evidence; real, manipulated or total fabrication. They already have handled false documents allowing my truck to be stolen and refused to file a report when I was assaulted by the truck driver who hit me. The police are organized crime. They want to make the truck accident and me disappear.

What did I do to deserve all this? Obey the law and stop for the stop sign.

Since being nominated for another unfortunate veteran suicide, I assume that any police officer or anyone else for that matter, that approaches me is there to make sure my suicide is successful, so I take precautions and live in fear. I saw American police killing completely innocent people day after day after day. I know the law and the police will not protect me or anybody else. The police are the threat, not the solution.

Organized Crime and Drug Trafficking

I felt it was in my best interest to find out what was going on so I could identify and protect myself from these people who had left me for dead on the side of the road and were now threatening to murder me. Serious business. My only defense was my intelligence and experience. Unfortunately for me, this was not my first go round with corrupt politicians and drug trafficking police officers, I knew what I needed to do.

Posing as a Marine Corps veteran who had just received his commercial driving license, I joined and posted on several internet truck driving forums. I told them that I was thinking about driving for MB Global Logistics in Addison, IL(the company whose truck hit me in the construction zone), and was excited to start my career as a truck driver.

Within forty eight hours, I had received at least a dozen private messages on the trucker forums, all saying, more or less, the same thing. Do not work for MB Global Logistics. They are owned by eastern European gangsters who work for the Mexican drug cartels delivering drugs throughout the United States. Trucking companies with the word "global" or "international" in their name are mobsters. All this information, unsolicited, from at least a dozen separate people. Very credible information that took forty eight hours I could not get from the police in two years. Now it all made sense.

The semi truck that hit me was owned by Penske Leasing. Everyone has seen the yellow or white Penske rental trucks. Penske also leases semi tractors, like the one that ran me over. I purchased the truck that was destroyed in the accident, brand new, from a Toyota dealer owned by Roger Penske. I bought the truck from Penske and a Penske semi truck ran it over and left me for dead on the side of the road. Penske got me on both ends.

Penske trucks kill hundreds, perhaps thousands of innocent people every year. Just like what happened to me, Penske trucks, under the protection of organized crime, evade all legal and moral responsibility for the death, injury and ruined lives they cause.

I have been involved with motor vehicles and racing my entire life, Roger Penske a is well known racing team owner. Another one of America's "self made" billionaires, all of Roger Penske's achievements have come with the backing of criminals and he deserves no respect whatsoever. Anyone could win the Indy 500 or LeMans with the backing of the largest criminal organization in human history. American auto racing is the playpen of organized crime, chariot races of the 21st century. A place for insurance companies to air their false advertising between laps of race cars with the names of insurance companies on every one.

The Facts - Sad But True

The truck that hit me, owned by MB Global Logistics, was on a cartel drug run from Chicago to the rural communities of eastern Oregon and Washington on US 97, which is the "back way" through eastern Oregon. Klamath Falls, sadly known in the area as "Kla-Meth Falls", is the gateway of illegal activity to the Pacific Northwest.
Known for drug trafficking and deadly semi truck accidents, the Klamath County law enforcement employees were there to protect the drug cartel. The "insurance" companies, nothing but a front for organized crime, provided "protection" for everyone, except the only law abiding citizen at the scene of the accident on October 11, 2018

Following the accident I was threatened by the truck driver. The Klamath County Sheriff threatened me instead of arresting him because they were on the same drug cartel team. I was threatened by the insurance companies because they are the organized crime cartel running nation wide drug trafficking operation and I had messed up their plans. The elected officials I contacted have been bought and paid for by organized crime and did exactly what the cartel told them to do. Finally, the threat from the Oregon state trooper to make me a veteran suicide is most cowardly thing I've ever experienced.

From the day of the accident, the only goal of Progressive Insurance, Starr Insurance, Oregon state and local police and my elected representatives, was to make this accident, and me, if necessary, disappear.
